Whisky is made by distilling beer made from cereal grain. This release goes back to it's roots by finishing our STR in a stout cask. Strike Brewery had taken some of our STR casks to age their stouts. We took one of those casks back when they were done and used it to finish one of our STRs.

Nose: the nose opens with maple syrup and molasses
Color: Manuka honey
Palate: Dark chocolate and malt with a hint of orange
Finish: Lovely burnt caramel finish
ABV: 57.5%
