OUR WHISKY

A unique and premium whisky that combines time-tested methods refreshed with painstaking attention to detail in California. Hand-crafted in custom copper pot stills with peated barley imported exclusively from Scotland and the mineral rich water from the Sierras. Aged in bourbon casks, for a smooth, velvety finish. The result is a premium whisky that respects tradition, but is not afraid to forge a new path. A new American classic.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Citrus, with a peat smoke essence

Color: Light golden

Palate: Creamy full flavors of vanilla and dark red apple peels, turning into rounded peat flavors. A delicate balance of fruity and smoky notes.

Finish: Full bodied, buttery, with a lingering peaty finish

ABV: 46%

We’re engineers. Incorrigibly so. We believe things can always be made better. In fact, we’ve never seen anything that we didn’t want to improve. With some racking of brains, some midnight oil, and a ton of elbow grease. The status quo is unacceptable to us.

We learned the old ways of making Scotch from the masters. We saw the traditional ways of making whiskey in America. And we saw no reason to be constrained by either. Our whiskys are a product of precision. Of meticulous attention to detail. But they are also a product of adventure. Of willingness to erase boundaries. And break new ground.
