This Whisky is another first for us.  Our Peated Single Malt, finished in Rum Casks.  But don’t let its light amber color fool you. The bold, smoky character of our Peated single malt is beautifully complemented by the richness of the Rum Cask. The wonderful, smoky sweetness of the Peated whisky is finished with smooth caramel notes. 

Nose: Allspice, cherry wood smoke, dried apple
Color: Wildflower honey
Palate: Smoked plantain, pimento wood, paprika, honey, lemongrass
Finish: Aged molasses, long lasting smoke, tobacco
ABV: 59.1%
