Our wine cask finish has spent time in two different casks. This peated single malt started its life in first fill bourbon casks made of charred American Oak. We hand selected one of these casks and let the whisky finish in a local Pinot Noir cask made of toasted French oak. The result is some truly amazing whisky released at 56.2% ABV

Nose: Strawberry jam on white bread by the morning campfire, tangerine, cherries, real vanilla, sea air
Color: Russet Muscat
Palate: Smoked fruit, almonds and walnuts, powdered sugar, baking spices, burnt match
Finish: Tannic, sour candies, white pepper, mint, lingering peat
ABV: 56.2%
