A more mellow version of our STR Single Malt Rum Cask Finish. This bottling is a combination of our STR and Rum Cask Finished STR, bottled at 46%. It is a more mellow, softer version of the Rum Cask Finish.

Nose: Light coconut, banana sweetness, oak
Color: Toasted caramel
Palate: Vanilla, caramel, baked plantain, mixed peppercorns
Finish: Touch of plantain, molasses, a subtle earthy depth
