All bottle sales are final in accordance with ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) regulations.
However, if there’s an issue with your bottle, please email, call, or visit the distillery and we’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one.
TASTING REFUND POLICY
Tastings and tours may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the reserved time.
Changes made after this period will be issued a credit for future use at the distillery or for bottles.
WALK INS
In accordance with ABC regulations walk ins are only permitted to taste 1.5 oz of whisky while at the distillery. This could be in the form of a whisky flight or a craft cocktail.
For tours and paired tastings please book 24 hours in advance.
