BOTTLE RETURN

All bottle sales are final in accordance with ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) regulations.

If your purchase is found to be spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption, you may return the product within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund to the original form of payment or, if preferred, an exchange for the same item.

If the return is due to an item arriving damaged, 10th Street Distillery will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement product. Photo documentation of the damaged item must be provided via email to initiate the return process.

TASTING REFUND

Tastings and tours may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the reserved time.

Changes made after this period will be issued a credit for future use at the distillery.


WALK INS

In accordance with ABC regulations walk ins are only permitted to taste 1.5 oz of whisky while at the distillery. This could be in the form of a whisky flight or a craft cocktail.
