Terms & Conditions

• I authorize 10th Street Distillery to charge my card on file for my scheduled whisky club shipment. 

• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and I understand whisky may only be shipped to those 21+.

• I may cancel my membership after I have received three (3) shipments sent once every four months. Cancellation before your whisky club commitment will result in a $25 fee. Shipments will automatically continue until I elect to cancel, at which point my membership will be canceled without further obligation.

Shipping Details

• We ship via UPS - Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to us.

• It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release.

• Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the distillery will be charged to your account.
